Brochures

Statement of Qualifications

Statement of Qualifications

A printed or digital marketing document that presents concise information about a company, product, service, event, or program. Its purpose is to inform, persuade, and drive the reader to take a specific action (contact, buy, register, request more info). Brochures typically feature:

• Short, focused text (headlines, summaries, benefits)

• Visuals (photos, illustrations, icons, charts)

• Clear structure (cover, inside panels or pages, back)

• Calls to action and contact details

• Branding (logo, colors, typography)

Formats include single-sheet flyers, folded pamphlets (bi-fold, tri-fold), multi-page booklets, and digital PDFs or interactive web versions. Brochures balance appealing design with concise messaging to communicate value quickly.

Bid Studio Creative will listen to your goals and agree what success looks like — print or digital, tone, timeline and budget. We will research target audience, sharpen the message, draft compelling headlines, and sketch layouts and simple infographics. From discovery to delivery, we will turn your goal into a polished brochure through listening, creative craft, disciplined QA, and thoughtful handoff.

Statement of Qualifications

A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a concise document that demonstrates capability, experience, and suitability for a project, contract, or engagement. It’s used widely by clients to shortlist qualified firms before requesting detailed proposals. Key elements typically included:

• Executive summary

• Firm overview

• Relevant experience

• Key personnel

• Core capabilities and technical approach

• Past performance references

• Required credentials and regulatory qualifications

• Capacity and resources

• Differentiators

• Appendices: resumes, letters of reference, or required forms.

Bid Studio Creative will start with an intake and kickoff to review the solicitation, confirm rules and deadlines, and identify differentiators. We then define win themes, gather resumes, case studies, certifications, and supporting documents. We will research target audience, sharpen the message, draft compelling headlines, and sketch layouts and simple infographics. After editorial and compliance checks and review rounds, we will produce submission-ready PDFs or print files, support production, and execute digital delivery.

Proposals

Interview Presentations

Interview Presentations

A proposal is a formal document that offers a specific solution, plan, product, or service to meet a client’s or stakeholder’s need, request, or problem. Its primary goal is to persuade the reader that the proposer understands the requirement, can deliver the solution, and offers good value. Typical components:

• Executive summary and cover letter

• Understanding of need

• Proposed solution/approach

• Management and staffing

• Timeline and milestones

• Budget/pricing and cost justification

• Benefits and value

• Past performance and references

• Required forms, certifications, and legal terms

Bid Studio Creative will manage the process, attend the virtual pre-proposal conference, facilitate and create your strategy and win themes, design and draft your proposal, format and edit your content, complete the required forms, conduct quality control, coordinate with a third party print vendor, submit, and much more.

Interview Presentations

A proposal interview and presentation is a short, scheduled session—typically 20–60 minutes after shortlisting—where the proposing team delivers an oral presentation, Q&A, or technical demo (in-person or virtual) to clarify strengths, address concerns, and persuade evaluators. It follows a strict agenda and should include solution highlights, team roles, schedule/milestones, risk mitigation, and differentiators tailored to evaluation criteria, supported by simple visual slides/diagrams/timelines. Presenters should always rehearse win themes, technical contingencies, and demonstrates competence using clear communication.

Bid Studio Creative will lead the team's prep sessions, create your presentation and supplemental collateral, and if needed, secure a presentation coach.
